ce of a congenital anomaly of the spine. The visualized paraspinal soft tissues are unremarkable. Images of the hips, sacroiliac joints, piriformis muscles and proximal sciatic nerves reveal no abnormality.

THORACIC SPINE:  There is mild endplate irregularity at most of the visualized levels, raising the possibility of a mild form of Scheuermann's disease.  Minimal annular bulging is seen at one or two levels, most markedly at T11-12, but without gross compressive sequelae.
